This is deliberate. Federal regulators have taken enforcement action against healthcare organizations whose websites disclosed visitor information to advertising and analytics vendors through tracking technologies. The simplest way to avoid that is to run none.

What our hosting provider records

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used to deliver and secure the site and are not used to build a profile of you or shared for advertising.
